Architectural Landscape Design

"It's hard to estimate the exact amount, but green roofs can lead to at least a 5 percent, if not even a 15 percent reduction in electricity in the summer."
-- Brad Bass, Environment Canada
(quoted in National Geographic magazine, Nov. 15, 2002)

Healthy, Sustainable Landscapes

Fertigation should be part of your irrigation system to promote the quality and life of your design

Fertigation has been used in golf, sports turf, and landscapes for many years and can be designed into your projects as part of the irrigation system. Fertigation can feed precise micro-rates of nutrients, organics and/or various desired solutions, into the irrigation system to feed the soil, promote root growth, and support the plants automatically. It is a process that serves as a convenient and highly effective part of your design. Irrigation design and water conservation have become a significant part of the design. Irrigation controllers are now computer based with ET inputs. Fertigation, when implemented as part of your irrigation design, enhances water conservation.

You now can design fertigation technology into your project, which will support the agronomy of landscape. This converts irrigation water into fertile water, to feed the soil and support the plants with accurate application of fertilizers and organics.
